I am Marilene Pavan, Brazilian, woman, Biologist. Researcher.

When I was in prep school, I would wake up at 4:45am. When I went downstairs there was a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice awaiting. My mom would wake up before 4:45am.

That orange juice made all the difference.

Now I start another chapter of my life: my PhD. I truly believe in ethanol as a global platform to bring economic benefits and to fight climate change. I also truly believe in empowering developing countries. This project is about the powerful combination of both beliefs.
